Our newly remodelled apartment has all the modern comforts of home in this 300 year old building. The vaulted ceilings in the living room/kitchen and in the bedroom exude an old world charm that you can't find in today's modern buildings.

The kitchen is comfortably furnished complete with gas and wood stoves and a large table to gather around. The bedroom sleeps up to six with one double bed, a set of bunk beds and a pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and a laundry machine. The apartment has separate heat from the rest of the building so it can be adjusted to your liking. The bathroom's entrance is just outside the apartment, very close to the kitchen's door: see the picture.

The entrance opens into a garden where there are magnificent views of the Dolomite Mountains of Brenta and of Roen Mountain. The lawn is spacious and fenced which is ideal for a family with children. We have sun chairs, an umbrella and a barbecue for your enjoyment. The apartment also has private parking and storage space for your sporting equipment.

The location is quiet and safe with a playground nearby. The center of the town is within 500 meters and has a supermarket, stores, bar and restaurant.

The house is for the sole use of the guests: the 1st floor is not inhabited and remains closed whereas two rooms on the ground floor are for the use of the owners and therefore not accessible to the guests. The house is built on terraced grounds, the entrance is on the 1st floor. The interiors consist of: hallway, living room with 1 double sofa-bed, 2 chairs, window with wonderful views onto the valley. 1 double bedroom (beds may be divided), 1 double bedroom, kitchen/dining room with stove/oven, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, dining table.
