This attractive, child friendly and well-appointed country house nestles on a large, undisturbed natural plot of land to the south of the island of Mors with its own private coastline and lagoon. Originally serving as a customs house for the old harbour at Tissinghuse, Svejgaard is located just fifty metres from the calm waters of the fjord. Situated within easy reach of Jutland's main sights and attractions Svejgaard enjoys a unique peaceful location on Mors, a 365 km2 natural paradise famous for its sunshine and varied countryside that is linked to the mainland by road. Work on the construction of this property began 1964 and in 1997 a swimming pool was added. Since then, this property has been subject to ongoing developments and the addition of facilities. In the main building you will find a charming living room with wood burning stove, as well as a kitchen / dining room, three bright bedrooms and a bathroom. The corner building/ground floor: is divided into two separate residences, each of which has its own living room and kitchen / family room as well as spacious bedrooms. In the shared dining room you can while away the hours around the large dining table, while the swimming pool area, with current trainer, spa and sauna, is ideal for relaxation and fitness. At the charming Hjarbaek Harbour, the small skiffs that mingle around the quay multiply in number in late summer, when the harbour hosts the world skiff sailing championships. Close by you will find a very child friendly bathing beach with fine, white sand and shallow water. Here, opportunities for windsurfing and all types of watersports abound, while children can enjoy many hours of fun building sandcastles or collecting mussels and stones on the beach. From the seashore you will experience attractive sunsets which colour the sky and the sea a rich gold. The area around Hjarbaek Fjord is a wildlife reserve with a rich variety of bird and animal life, where you may be lucky enough to spot otters, herons, kingfishers, bats or seals. Local attractions include the Hjerl Hede outdoor village museum, where in the summer months you can observe workshops and kitchens working just as they did in bygone days. Around 10 minute's drive away is Hjarbæk Fjord Golf Centre, which boasts an exciting and varied 27-hole course divided into three nine-hole levels. Also well worth a visit is the old market town of Viborg, characterised by its double-spired cathedral, or Skive, where you can sail on old wooden ships and visit castles, manor houses and museums. Both towns also offer excellent shopping opportunities. In addition, the nearby chalk mines at Mønsted and Daugbjerg are both well worth a visit. This three bedroom townhouse is set in a quiet residential complex, yet still within a walking distance from the exclusive centre and port of Puerto Banus (about 20 minutes) with its designer shops, department store (El Corte Ingles), bars, cinema, and restaurants. The superb beach also offers many beachfront restaurants. There is a convenient new supermarket just 100 m away from the house. On the complex of Los Naranjos there is an 18 hole golf course, the clubhouse has a fabulous restaurant, further pool, internet facilities, and children's play area. There are also tennis and paddle courts and a five-aside football pitch on site. The famous Manolo Santana Health Club is just around the corner. The towns of Marbella and San Pedro are a 5 minutes drive in each direction. The white-washed village of Istán is only 15 minutes inland. The modern and spacious lounge and dining area leads out onto the private terrace and garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed, patio doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms one with double bed and one with twin beds, and another bathroom upstairs with a cloakroom downstairs. Each bathroom is equipped with toiletries. The south-facing terraces upstairs overlooks the pool and a third, north-facing terrace has beautiful views of the mountain La Concha.
