Separate wooden parts and approximately 110 meters of rope result in the design of the stool ‘Wrapped’. By simply wrapping the rope around the construction is fixed, without using glue or screws. Every product will be assembled by the designer himself in his workshop in the Netherlands. The industrial handwork of Floris Hovers is being characterized by simple and clear industrial shapes and constructions.
‘Wrapped’ is a translation of the word ‘Ingewikkeld’ in Dutch where it means both ‘wrapped’ and ‘complicated’ in one single word.

The size of the cup by rENs seduces you by its measures, the content however is rather small/limited. This is where an encounter comes about between mass and individuality. The unambiguous shape of the McDonalds cup is being united with a traditional English teacup.

The cottage, known locally as a tanya, was built in the 1930s using traditional methods: thick cob walls (mud & straw), whitewashed, heavy timbers and a thatched roof ensure the building is solid and well insulated.
Set in over 5,000 m2 of private garden, bordered by fields and grazing land, the cottage is entirely self-contained and private. There are fine views across the surrounding farmland and over the famous Kiskunság National Park.
The holiday home is ideal for couples and families to relax and enjoy the space and natural environment of the Hungarian puszta.
If you desire peace and quiet, a slower pace of life and a chance to see rural life as it was then the location is perfect.
The single story cottage has been recently modernised, using local materials where possible, to create a clean and simple interior. Above average size rooms well furnished in traditional style, make the house a relaxing environment. There is one double bed, two singles and a large sofa bed.
At the centre of the cottage is the spacious kitchen with a four person dining table. There is a white county-style fitted kitchen, with hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer and a wide range of new crockery, cutlery and utensils for all your cooking needs.
Off the kitchen there is a large sitting room with large oak sofa-bed and armchairs. A Hungarian-style wood burning stove will warm you on chilly evenings.
A corridor leads from the right of the kitchen to a large bathroom decorated with country-style terracotta tiles. There is a modern shower, WC and sink, plus an automatic washing machine. At the corridor end are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a lovely high pitched ceiling with dark wooden cross beams and a window facing east with views across the fields. There is a comfortable double bed with side tables. The second bedroom overlooks the garden and has two simple pine beds with comfortable mattresses, suitable for adults and children. Both rooms have quality oak-style laminate floor.

The grounds are entered through electric gates. You will find ample parking space at the end of the drive. The main door opens onto the hall which leads to the living room. The living room has attractive white sofas and a plasma satellite TV, DVD and iPod station. The iPod is also connected to speakers on the swimming pool terrace. The living room leads to the dining room which has a large dining table. The open kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Large patio doors give access to the attractive, wooden swimming pool terrace from the living room and the kitchen. The swimming pool terrace has comfortable sun loungers and a pergola with a large dining table. The terrace enjoys delightful views of Ibiza Town and the sea. There is a gas BBQ and an outdoor bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower.
The main hall also leads to two bedrooms, each with two single beds. These, if required, can be transformed into double beds. The rooms share a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a large bedroom with a double bed and a spacious, ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower, a jacuzzi, wash basin and toilet. This bedroom has a patio door which opens onto the swimming pool terrace.
The attractive, large master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and an integrated bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. This bedroom has a large patio door which gives access to a terrace with a seating area. The terrace enjoys delightful views of Ibiza Town.
Stairs lead from the hall down to the basement. The basement has an extra bedroom with a double sofa bed for a possible 9th or 10th guest. The washing machine and dryer are in a separate room. Villa Linda is equipped with all modern conveniences. These include Wi-fi and an alarm system. All windows and doors can be closed with electric shutters, making the rooms completely dark if required. All rooms have air conditioning.

This unique location in the midst of a beautiful area offers you all of the relaxation you need.
In old notarial files, the Chateau is described as a manor house and as gentlemans home (noble magnificence). Was the first owner a noble or a bourgeois gentleman? Whoever it was, the Chateau is built in the pretentious style of the French landed nobility around the year 1750 and you can really enjoy a weekend away here.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by a chef (NL and FR speaking) and a server. They will prepare dinner for you on Friday and Saturday evening. Breakfast will also be provided by them (coffee, tea and water are included. Other drinks you pay for onsite).
The castle has 8 fireplaces and various painted panels and when you enter via the main entrance, you will immediately see a beautiful hallway with the stairway which leads to the attic. On the ground floor, you have plenty of space in both salons to have a gathering of up to 10 people. The castle is also provided with necessary luxury such as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV and DVD, but also modernized plumbing. (on the second floor you have a bathroom with a shower for two) Most rooms are heated by central heating. The white salon, the bathrooms, and the attic bedrooms are heated by electric heaters.
An enclosed garden of at least 6000 m2 with a large terrace and modern garden furniture offer you enjoyment of the outdoors and a beautiful view.
There are numerous sports options for relaxation, such as: walking, cycling, golf (there are various golf courses in the region, such as Golf DArras), horseback riding, and fishing.
You are also at the right place for excursions: View the many castles. A day at the beach 40 km away.

ABOUT AKKAYA VALLEY:
Akkaya Valley (www.akkaya-valley.com) is located in the outskirts of Dalaman Town. Only 20 km. of drive away from the Dalaman International Airport. A great alternative to the usual Holiday resorts in the area. Akkaya Valley, also called the Secret Valley, for a good reason. It is ‘’away from it all’’, and yet, close to amenities like restaurant, bar and shop.
There are the grand views of Akkaya Lake, mountains, pine forests, citrus and olive groves, which makes the valley ideal for a tranquil and quiet Holiday. Due to the building restrictions, only a small number of houses and villas were built in the area. A car, however, is a must, especially to get to the Dalaman Town Centre, and drive to the other towns and beaches.

There is the Akkaya Garden Restaurant (www.akkayagarden.com ) with its five star menu, by the stream. The restaurant’s naturally landscaped garden area is perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dining. You may simply want to relax with a book or a drink by the Bar, or, at one of our famous ‘’Stork’s Nests’’. You must try the fish and Akkaya Special Steak in the restaurant.
You can try the Akkaya Lake Boat Trip. You will be taken to the Akkaya Gorge (only accessible via boat or sailing), where you can marvel at one of Turkey’s hidden nature’s secrets. There is a sandy beach by the Lake, where you may go for a swim, sunbathe, or dine and drink at our Beach Club (not to mention the BBQ parties!).
We have an Indoor Sports Centre and Gym, as well as, an Indoor Pool in the Valley, for those who wish to keep fit, during their Holiday.
Also, you can go sailing, canoeing, and fishing on the lake, with our own private excursions.
The Akkaya Horse Farm and Horse Riding School is our brand new attraction! We have horses and ponies at our farm, for those ho enjoy riding (the beginners and kids are welcome!).
If you like the nature sports, there are many opportunities including, hiking, trekking, cycling, mountain biking, and, bird-watching, where you may be able to spot various species of birds, on different months of the year.
ABOUT TURQUOISE COAST AND LYCIAN REGION:
Should you wish to travel the area, the famous Blue Flag beaches, bays, and towns are very close by. The Sarsala Beach 20 min., Sarigerme Beach 30 min., İztuzu (World famous Caretta-sea turtles beach) Beach is 30 min. of drive away.Also, for nightlife, shopping, boat trips, and sight-seeing, the towns of Gocek, Dalyan and Koycegiz are less than 30 minutes, Fethiye and Marmaris are, less than 1 hour drive away. Around and between the Turquoise Coast of Turkey, there are many historical and archaeological sites, to visit. Many adventure sports such as, snorkel diving, scuba diving, white water rafting and canoeing, wind-surfing, sailing and paragliding, to name but a few, are well established in the area, and available all along the Coast.
Turkey has an established Marina culture, as well. With many along the coast, the New Dalaman Marina, with its latest technology and capacity, as well as, ultra modern design is now being built, and clearly is going to be one of the main attractions, in Dalaman area.
FLIGHTS TO AND FROM DALAMAN AIRPORT:
Dalaman International Airport has frequent flights from mid-April to late October via most major tour companies. There are flights from every major Airport in the UK and EU countries, as well as from Asia and Africa. During off-season, there will be connected flights via Istanbul to Dalaman.
