The views from the cottage over pastoral, over well kept lawns to a duck pond and weeping willow trees and the Original Bath House where the GYM is located. The GYM is very well equipped with a running machine, weights, exercise bike, cross trainer, polarities ball and in a separate private part of the garden is a "HOT TUB" and a wooden cabin dressing room. Visitors using the gym and hot tub do so at their own risk.

At 40km lies Nevers, the capital of the Nievre region and 60km the beautiful Roman town of Autun.

The villa is tastefully decorated in a colourful and modern design . The blue and white colour scheme creates a relaxed, Mediterranean atmosphere and the house is fitted with all modern conveniences. Besides the communal pool you can also take a dip in the sea. The nearest beach is only 800m away and you’ll also find several shops and restaurants there.
The lively city of Rethymno is just 10km from the villa. Stroll on the boulevard, ramble through the small streets and eat a fresh fish in the characteristic old town centre. The villa is a perfect starting point for a discovery of the popular island of Crete.
Your apartment is located on the 1st floor, with a pretty balcony where you can soak up the rays. During the restoration the stones and the floor have been kept intact which gives the apartment an authentic and atmospheric cachet.
From this apartment you can enjoy the pretty region of Piedmont, Barolo wine and Slow Food. It is also the ideal base for nature walks, cycling, horse riding and visiting the small villages, castles and vineyards.
