Ház Kilátás means the house with a view”. Ház Kilátás was built on a mountain in the hamlet of Somogygeszti, in the southwestern part of Hungary. The house occupies half a hectare of land and has a splendid view of the sloping landscape from in front. The house has plenty of character and charm. Its location is excellent - it is a free-standing house on a dead-end street. The atmosphere in the village is one of geniality and coziness and the inhabitants are very hospitable. The farmers who used to work the land on this farm were completely self-sufficient. Thanks to them, there are magnificent old trees and shrubs in the garden. Besides the plants and flowers on the grounds you'll find grape vines, walnuts, cherry, plum and apple trees. Friendly gardener ‘Tibor’ who lives in the village takes good care of the garden, so the trees and plants always look and do fine.

Lovely holiday home on the coast of Cava d'Aliga, in the south east part of Sicily. The location is ideal for those wishing to spend a holiday near the sea as well as for those wishing to explore the most interesting areas of the island. Approx. 8km away is the town of Scicli; the baroque towns of Modica and Ragusa are approx. 30km away. The beatiful town of Noto ( Unesco heritage) is approx. 50 km away.
