Rustic cave house situated in the chasm of the Júcar River, in the Albacete region. Completely restored with its original character preserved, such as the feeding troughs and the niches in the stones. Traditional materials such as clay, wood and rock masses have been used extensively.

Spacious apartment with terraces (+20 m2). Previously this was the area where the cattle stayed and where the wine bodega ("Jaraiz") was located. The feed places, the pots and the decanting hollows have been preserved. The interior decoration is a mix of rustic and Moorish elements. There are three floors. On the first floor is the living/dining room with fireplace, a completely outfitted kitchen, a tea room in a niche with a tropical wooden floor (Jatoba) and the room where the wine used to be developed (Jaraíz).
