Auberge de la Renaissance is an attractive country house and is packed with history. The house is in the village of Savigny. The village lies between sloping hills and brooks near Langres and Vesoul in the southern part of the Haute Marne. It is on the border of the Bourgogne and Dijon is a 1 hour drive. This former cheese farm has been renovated with much love and many of the traditional elements are carefully preserved. This is delightfully apparent in the attractive lounge with its large open fireplace.

Teifi Cottage is one of a small group of cottages outside the hamlet of Trapp – it was originally the dairy to a farm on the great Dinefor Estate; The cottage has recently been renovated and is now a warm and comfortable picture postcard cottage, a courtyard garden in the front and a large lawn with flower beds behind the cottage. There is an excellent pub in the village of Trapp, recently voted Best Kept Village in the county only a few minutes walk away. The Beacons Way Footpath passes close by with the magnificent scenery of the castle perched above on the craggy outcrop and the nearby ridges and cairns.

Before the construction works on the villa began, we consulted the Split conservation office to preserve as much as possible of the existing Dalmatian architectural tradition and its original charm, but at the same time to meet the modern living standards. Villa Maruka has just over 130 m2 of the interior, a forecourt with a swimming pool, a roofed sitting area, a garden and a covered parking place. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and also the exit to the „sular“with a view of the sea and the other shore of the Brač sea channel. The „sular“is a local name for the top of a staircase, which was traditionally situated before the main entrance to the living area on the first floor. The home is on the ground floor and first floor. The home has a small private terrace. There is a large shared garden which adults and children will enjoy. There is another holiday home in the building. The home is next to the Colli Euganei National Park. You can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, golf, thermal springs and more, all amidst the national parks beautiful scenery.
