This beautiful, spacious, detached house lies along the thoroughfare from Saalfelden to Maria Alm, only 800 m. from the cosy town centre of Maria Alm. The house (120 m2) is for sole occupancy, and covers the entire ground floor which also makes it suitable for people with a limited mobility.
